Tiny Diswai-Moremi - Chairman
Milost is also pleased to announce the appointment of Tiny Diswai as the Executive Chairman of Primewaterview Holdings Nigeria Limited. Tiny is a Co-chairwoman of Milost Global Africa (Pty) Ltd, she holds a bachelor of commerce degree and a Masters’ degree in business Administration. She is a certified Public Private Partnerships Specialist. Ms Diswai has well-rounded experience in the business world ranging from financial management, project implementation and management, procurement, internal audit, general management, lease financing, corporate finance, deal structuring and marketing. She has advised various Government ministries in implementing their privatisation and outsourcing initiatives as well as monitoring the performance of state owned enterprises and advising on corporate governance issues.
Ms Diswai has previously been Business Services Manager for Debswana Orapa and Letlhakane Mines and was responsible for the management and implementation of the Debswana Orapa Privatization and Outsourcing Project. She was responsible for identifying non-core operations that could be outsourced and managed the resultant outsourcing process from development of the business plan to final implementation, paying due regard at all times to the company’s obligations and privileges (legal, contractual and otherwise). She Coordinated the operational activities of the business services section (which includes catering, guest accommodation, cleaning services, recreational clubs, aircraft and logistics services, retail services, mine secretariat and administration) by determining and managing the key performance areas.
She has served as the Country Business Manager for IDM Botswana and was responsible for the overall management of the Botswana Campus as well as its strategic implementation. She led the team that ensured that IDM Botswana became ISO 90001 certified. She was the key liaison between IDM and the government of Botswana as a shareholder. She was responsible for the marketing of the institution’s products and services and its overall running.
Tiny was involved in the implementation of the Kingdom Group of companies. Was part of the team that co-ordinated the application and subsequent granting of a merchant banking license for Kingdom Bank Africa Limited. She later set up Kingdom Finance, a subsidiary of Kingdom Bank Africa Limited.
She was the International Financial Services Centre (IFSC) project coordinator and in that capacity she pioneered the feasibility study for the establishment of the centre, the drafting and promulgation of the enabling legislation, the establishment of the centre and the marketing and certification of the first eleven companies to be certified under the IFSC fiscal regime. She was involved in the divestment of a number of BDC investments such as Stockbrokers Botswana, Francistown Milling, Botswana Tyre Corporation and Bothakga.
She was also involved in the facilitation of the structuring, placement, issuance and listing of the BDC Bond (The first ever-corporate bond to be issued and listed in the Botswana money and capital markets) as well as the BDC investment in Investec Bank, Metropolitan Life and BECI.
She has procurement experience gained while managing the Tenders and Contracts Unit of Botswana Railways and has worked for the government Central Tender Board as well. She has exposure to internal audit work gained while working for the Ministry of Finance and Development Planning’s Internal Audit Department.
Deacon Samuel Olutayo Alabi - Group Chief Operations Officer
Deacon Samuel Olutayo Alabi is a graduate of Accountancy and seasoned Chartered Accountant with over 23 years post-qualification working experience in several companies like Avon Crowncaps & Containers (Nig) Plc, Ajaokuta Steel Coy Ltd, Churchgate Group, Svengali Designs Ltd and FAPS Group.
His professional experiences cover such value added services in Auditing, Tax Management, Financial Accounting and Management & Consultancy in Manufacturing, Information Technology, Textile and Furniture industries respectively.
A Business professional with highly developed skills in problem identification and implementation of effective solutions and who is also comfortable with analysing and understanding data for effective management decision making process.
He has also attended some Executive Management Courses in diverse areas of business management. He is a member of the Bible Society of Nigeria.
Otamere Fredrick Elegon - Group Chief Strategy Officer
Otamere Fredrick Elegon presently serves as the Group Chief Strategy Officer of Primewaterview Holdings Limited; one of Nigeria’s top Real Estate conglomerates, which recently completed construction of its Primewaterview Gardens 2 Estate; a residential real estate with 348 apartments, located in Lekki, Lagos State, Nigeria. In his role he is the Executive responsible for Business Development; creating, implementing, and sustaining the strategic direction of the group by identifying emerging trends, recommending new initiatives, developing business processes, exploring opportunities for strategic partnerships, & Brand Communication.
Otamere is a Financial and Management executive with broad experience in Strategy & Policy Formulation & Execution, Business Analysis & Marketing. He has direct experience with Real Estate, Banking, Information Technology, Oil & Gas & Financial & Management Consulting, and has a huge passion for early-stage start-ups & companies willing to go global. His knowledge of these various key sectors has adequately prepared him as a Business Consultant & Strategist, and a good one at that. Prior to this, Otamere worked as a Relationship Manager in Corporate & Commercial banking divisions of First City Monument Bank Plc, & Bank PHB Plc (Now Keystone Bank Plc) respectively. He was also at a time the Head, Business Development at Global Alpha Consultants Limited, & Head Analyst at New Africa Business Development & Investment Company.
A graduate of the University of Benin, Nigeria, with a B.Sc. degree in Biochemistry, he also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Ambrose Alli University, Nigeria, and is currently working on his Doctor of Business Administration degree at Heriot-Watt University, Scotland.

Otamere has over 23 years’ post-graduation work experience, and is married and blessed with two children.
Engr. Lauck Richard Olumuyiwa - Head Business Enterprise, Projects Execution
Born on the 3rd of August 1967 to the family of Mr. & Mrs Anthony Olajide Lauck
Attended St. Austin Memorial Methodist school now Ereko Methodist School, Berkeley Street, Obalende, Lagos from 1973 to 1979.
He then proceeded to St. Gregory’s College, St. Gregory’s Road Obalende, Lagos from 1979 to 1985 where he sat and passed his West Africa School Certificate (WAEC) Exam.
He had a brief stint at Ogun State Polytechnic now Moshood Abiola Polythecnic from 1985 to 1986 studying Civil-Engineering, in his quest for deeper knowledge of Engineering, he moved over to University of Ibadan to pursue his Civil-Engineering study from where he graduated with B.Sc (Hons) in 1992 with specialty in civil-structures.
After his NYSC service at Enugu state in 1993, he started working with Prime Service Engineers, an Engineering Consulting firm at GRA Enugu, Enugu State.
In 1994, he moved to Lagos to join HFP Engineering Nig Ltd, at the commencement of the now popular VGC Estate where worked as a site engineer on Road 24 and 48.
He was the Supervising Engineer on a landmark project at Lekki phase-1 called the Admiralty, he was involved in several landmark projects at Lekki Phase-1 at the inception of the estate.
He was also involved in supervising and commissioning several bank branches for the defunct Omega bank Plc in Bayelsa state, Rivers, Cross River, Ondo State, Ekiti State, Anambra State, Lagos State and several other states between 2001 and 2004.
He had been a student member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers from his University days hence he was admitted as a Corporate Member of the Society in 2004 after fulfilling all conditions as stipulated by the Society. He also became a Registered Engineer in 2005 with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering Practice in Nigeria (COREN).
In 2009, he bagged a Masters degree from University of Lagos in Project Management.
After these exploits he ventured into the Communications industry which was very active then as at 2010 designing deep foundations, wind impact analysis to communication masts and also following up to see them executed as appropriate on site.
He joined Primewaterview Holding Nig. Ltd in 2013 to beef-up and manage the Design and project execution division.
He had since managed the completion of the following estates under the Primewaterview Portfolio.
GT Homes Estate and
Re-designed the Views Estate.
He designed and coordinated the proposed Greater PortHarcourt Project under Primewaterview allocated lots in 2014 and a number of other landmark projects in the portfolio of Primewaterview Holdings.
He presently head the Project Execution and Management Business Enterprise of Primewaterview Holdings.
